Where the income comes from
This site contains Binance referral links. When a reader registers a Binance account through our invite code or referral link, Binance may pay us a share of the trading fees that account generates.
This does not cost you more. Two things are worth keeping apart. First, the published fee tier: that is set by your account level (30-day volume, BNB holdings) and whether you pay fees in BNB. It is the same whether or not you entered an invite code, and coming through our link does not raise it. Second, the discount that can come with a referral relationship: entering a code puts you into a referral relationship, and that relationship may carry a fee discount or rebate, at whatever rate Binance displays when you sign up, subject to their policy and not necessarily applying to every product line. So entering a code can only leave what you actually pay lower or unchanged, never higher.
Where the referral links appear
A Binance sign-up link carrying our code appears in exactly two places: the one button in the account box on the homepage, and the step-by-step guide Binance sign-up and invite code (once on that whole page). The tools, every other article, and pages like About, Privacy and the risk disclaimer carry no coded exchange links at all.
Articles do occasionally link to Binance's help centre, fee schedule and similar official pages to back up a rule we've described. Those reference links never carry the invite code and earn us nothing; hover over one and check the address yourself.
Every coded link says right next to it that it is a promotional link, and the page code flags it as promotional the way search engines ask; readers and search engines see the same open books.
What the referral links do to the content
Having referral links on the site doesn't make us bury the risks. You can test that yourself: the passages on Dual Investment, staking rewards and high-APY products all say outright that the principal can shrink; and on sign-up, we say plainly that if the referral link didn't attach, it still isn't worth closing the account and starting over.
We don't take sponsored posts, we don't take paid positive reviews, and we don't sell ranking. If we ever accept some other form of commercial arrangement, this page gets updated before it happens, not after.
