Things we can't do
- Investment advice: we can't tell you what to buy, how long to lock it, or whether it's worth it. That isn't modesty; we simply aren't qualified.
- Operating or checking your account: anyone asking you for an account name, password, verification code or seed phrase is a scammer, including anyone impersonating us. We will never ask for those.
- Recovering money you lost to a scam: report it to the police and contact the platform's official support. We can't help, and we won't recommend any outfit claiming it can recover your assets.
